2014 had been a pretty amazing year for me, so I felt like this week would be a good time to take a look back. Rather than write up a paragraph on each month, I thought that it would be more fun to write one tweet per month. So here is my year in review, in 140 characters or less per month 🙂
- My very first Twitter chat.
- Our Makerspace was born.
- FETC (Note: I’m really excited that FETC has TONS of Maker sessions this year, including one from me)
- Library Makeover Preview (Lowes Toolbox Grant)
- Our First Mini MakerFaire
- The STEM Maker Library Grant
- ISTE July 1 Recap
- A Peek at our future Maker Corner
- MOSI’s IdeaZone
- The Great Library Makeover Part 1
- littleBits Summer of STEAM
- Stewart Cardboard Challenge
- FAME 14
- Transform Your Library with Making: An ISTElib Webinar
- Our Awesome whiteboard wall
- Hack Your Holiday with littleBits
- Written Converstation Strategies & MakerEd
- (Will be writing up a post on G. Neri visit soon)
- Hour of Code at Stewart MS
- Will be writing up posts soon on Bess the Book Bus & Catapult challenge
Whew. This has been an amazing year, and I’m looking forward to an even more awesome 2015. Have a wonderful new year 🙂
Happy New Year, Diana!
